This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! We had looked around for a while and were met with high pressure sales people who in my gut I just didn’t trust or have the patience to deal with. He was personable and perceptive enough to see we had a toddler with us in the middle of summer. Just to have someone realize that and say something as simple as “wait inside while I get the cart to drive you to see the cars” meant something to me. He knew our time was limited without us having to even say it out loud. He listened and gave us exactly the information we needed. No fuss. Even including an estimate on our trade-in, in record time! He made the often dreaded car buying process enjoyable, as it should be! Each person we encountered throughout the purchase was professional and welcoming. I’m never going anywhere else. Unfortunately, the car which was purchased at Benz and Beemer, now has 91k and is on its 3rd turbo. The warranty expired in May and the oil cooler and rear seal went out in June.
