Maybe my best car buying experience ever. I've probably bought 20 cars in my life. New, used, private seller, car dealer and I can't think of a better buying experience than at Certified Benz I've probably bought 20 cars in my life. Working with Danny was a pleasure and both my wife (who hates the car buying process) and I left feeling great. The whole process was stress free and the whole time we were at CBB we felt relaxed and as if we belonged there. No pressure, no hard sell. It was just totally unlike what you think of when you think of buying a car from a car dealer. Again, Danny was responsible for that. I also have nothing but good things to say about Ricardo in the business department. Since this type of atmosphere is created by the management, I would imagine that that would be the experience no matter who you dealt with. But, for me, I give Danny the highest marks possible! I wish it was possible to give more than five stars. More

I am more than happy with the vehicle and was blown away by the stress-free, zero-pressure environment CBB offers. Jesus was very accommodating, friendly, and his primary goal, as he says, is to make sure his buyers are "Happy One-Hundred Percent!", Jesus and CBB made true on that promise. During the closing process, there were some specifics I wanted to make sure were handled with the car, as well as during the financing process, to which each response was always, "Yes, I will look into that! Our goal is to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied", to which they were very responsive. A truly refreshing way to buy a pre-owned car.
