He helped us narrow down our options and pick just the right car for our needs. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Ricky made the paperwork quick, friendly and efficient so we were done in record time. And I have to admit, the trade in they gave us on my beloved old car was fair. It was a pleasant experience start to finish and we WILL return to Certified Benz and Beemer, and hopefully Tyler, for our next car purchase. More
