Andy was quick to respond to my email, I mean with in a half hour we pretty much wrapped up the deal. Paul made it easy to get financed. I mean they are in Arizona and I’m In Long Island New York and we wrapped up a deal I’m practically an hour. Pretty awesome. I highly recommended these guys.
