I have purchased vehicles from Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge/Jeep, and used car lots. I have also recently made a purchase from a Cadillac dealership. I can say dealing with a luxury type of dealership such as Cadillac and now CBB -- There is a true difference in the way I was handled/treated as a customer. I was treated with respect to my time and who I was as a person. I was not treated as a mass # with minimal personalization. I have spent numerous hours in dealerships before on closing a deal. With the purchase of my vehicle, from decision until driving off took less than 2-hours. Fantasic Buying Experience I was looking locally for a Mercedes C63 in the Washington, DC area and wasn't happy with the selection found ,, but stumbled across a 2014 Model Year I was looking locally for a Mercedes C63 in the Washington, DC area and wasn't happy with the selection found ,, but stumbled across a 2014 Model Year Coupe offered by Certified Benz and Beemer in Arizona on Car Guru's. The car was equipped with the options I was looking for and I decided to inquire. It was the Best Choice I have made in purchasing a automobile My Salesperson Brandon Schneider was quick to respond to all of my questions, he provided video walk arounds of the car and didn't pressure me on any decision making. This was my first time considering purchasing a car sight unseen and although I was skeptical and unsure of the procedures to make it happen , Brandon and his Finance team made it all quite easy. The financial document package sent for signatures was very thorough and simplified the purchase, so much more than going into a dealer and waiting for "hours" for the finance manager to see you. The 2014 C63 is flawless in every detail just as Brandon explained it was. I Highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemer's to anyone looking for a quality exotic and I would not hesitate purchasing from them again, ( although I plan on keeping this C63 for a LONG TIME ) If I could rate Certified Benz and Beemer with more stars I would, Here's to a Great Car Buying Experience LArry Taylor More
