The owner of the dealership contacted me via phone regarding the 3 star review. After pointing the items out he sent someone to my home to pick up the Porsche and take it back to the dealership. The service department fixed the fading paint problem (wet sanding and buff) as well as doing a more thorough 60K maintenance for the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to my home and I was very pleased with the paint and other maintenance the vehicle received. Certified Benz and Beemer is where I will return when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle. The service they provide is a direct reflection of the owner's desire to make his customers happy and, want to return or refer others to his dealership. More
