I like the business model Certified Benz & Beemer offers: fixed pricing on their cars, so no difficult 'wheeling and dealing' on price or extra accessories. Minor improvement: overall the staff is very tightly bound to their owner's protocols which makes them/ the experience with them a bit strict/inflexible at times. I can understand that though, as apparently their boss has had some bad experiences himself with customers over time, but as their creed is 'honesty and transparency', it feels their attitude does not always comply. Overall though a very pleasant dealer, with good, special, cars that stays away from the tacky car dealers feeling. More
