Great Experience I first went to a BMW dealer to trade in our M6 for another BMW. We didn't get very far because the salesperson wanted me to play "the game". They came back to me with a ridiculously low price and then wanted me to negotiate with them from there. I didn't want to go thru the brain damage.... I then went over to Certified Benz ad Beemer and the experience was quite the opposite. I felt no pressure and was presented a fair price the first time. It was an enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend buying a car from Certified Benz and Beemer and especially Howie Kulman. BMW 5 series I worked with Jeff and Barry while looking for a BMW. They were extremely helpful and never pushed me in either direction. ANOTHER PERFECT VISIT Another perfect service visit. I made an appointment with Mike the week prior he worked around my hectic schedule and got me in and had a loaner read Another perfect service visit. I made an appointment with Mike the week prior he worked around my hectic schedule and got me in and had a loaner ready for me so I was in and out within 10mins of drop off. He kept me up to date and even showed me the broken part on my wheel that needed to be replaced and what the hiccup was that I had keys to my wheels and walked me through the process and gave me complete trust my vehicle was being fixed right. When I picked up my vehicle the mechanic Steve actually came out and spoke to me about what was serviced and the one thing that was not under warranty and how I could save money to fix the issue (it was an electronic issue in my after market stereo that needed a replacement fan) and my best options and if I wanted him to fix it to come back and he would take care of it. Steve made me very happy and I left feeling very relieved my car was looked after so in detail. More
