Why I wouldn't recommend them: - After I confirmed my interest in buying the car via email, a $800 "paint protection and window tint" package was added on the car without my prior consent. I was told it was already done and it could not be reversed. After I asked for photos of the tint as proof, I was then told it actually had not been done and the charge was removed. This made me really hesitate to proceed with the purchase as it made me question the integrity of all the dealer's statements thereafter. - Very little patience in explaining the sales terms. When I needed clarification on a particular term I was told "this is just how it has always been done". When I was ready to walk away from the sale, then all of a sudden they said they didn't need all the documents they had so adamantly required from me. The double standard on the document requirement made me further question their trustworthiness. - The overall process was relatively smooth, however, as a first time buyer of a Porsche, I secretly hoped for a really special and memorable sale process and this wasn't it. My 6th Purchase From Certified B&B - Love These Guys Certified Benz & Beemer is my happy place. Everyone I've ever met there is great and whoa, the wheeled toys in their inventory is breathtaking. He always takes great care of me. He is a straight-shooter and first class gentleman. I verify Jeff is working before coming in to look at cars. Jack Schneider is the owner and I must say that he has groomed and refined his business to rival the highest end new car dealerships. I consider many folks at Certified to be my friends that would allow me to crash their Thanksgiving table. On this particular visit, all I wanted to do was test drive a Porsche 911 just to see if I "needed" one in the future. I was interested in a 2002 911, but was also shown a newer 2007 that had just come in on trade. Mohamed Abdouni (finance manager) was on my case to consider the newer one. Well, after trying both cars overnight, I must admit that Mo was right...the newer 911 was sooooo much better...so I pulled the trigger...thanks Mo! Travis Walters (in finance) wrote up the deal without any glitches. He is a true professional. As many times as I've visited Certified B&B I finally got to meet their best kept secret...Richie Nicolai. He is a man of many skills, but chooses to focus his time in final delivery. He is the last person to touch your car before driving it home. Richie is kind, full of energy and his detail service is legendary (I have now learned)! I've purchased many details over the years, but never knew what a top notch detail was until seeing Richie's work. He is a special guy in many ways. Make a point to meet him when you visit Certified. There were times I thought I was texting directly with Andy, but I was not. Once I had his personal cell number it seemed more personal then the random text that led me to believe it was Andy.
