Never been disregarded like this in a dealership On yesterday my husband and I decided to visit this dealership in hopes of being treated like all the “other”clients in the dealership. Instead we were given dirty looks and never acknowledged by anyone intil I went to the guy preparing deals and asked him if we could get some assistance. He looked at me as if I was at the wrong location. Then he says after a few moments, “I’ll see if there is someone that can help you”. We waited another 5 min. and after we were never helped nor acknowledged my husband and I left. I’ve been to this dealership years ago and was actually treated like a customer. Yesterday was a clear indication that this dealership doesn’t deserve our business. I’ll never shop here again and I will be contacting the BBB to let them know of our experience. More
