I have had my vehicle to Champion in Johnson City 5 times over the same issue. Not to mention having to wait 4-6 weeks in between appointments. Also having to pay 273.00 dollars at one appointment that they over the same issue. Not to mention having to wait 4-6 weeks in between appointments. Also having to pay 273.00 dollars at one appointment that they guaranteed me would fix the problem. And it did not!! Also contacted the new car sales manager we bought the car off of and he wanted to hear the problem we was having. Scheduled an appointment with him to ride with us and hear the noise. He was going to talk to service department and give us a call back. Well it’s been almost 4 weeks with no call!! Champion does not care about the customer after the sale. Would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them!! More
