This SUV purchase was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It started several months ago when I was just curious about what was available. Sydney Brown started this whole process and she was the sweetest, kindest, knowledgeable sales person I have worked with. When that visit didn't quite check off all the requests, she never stopped working to find that match. A couple months after the initial visit, she text me to let me know that she thought she found the right match. I went in and started the process of purchasing. It had to be ordered/or was coming, so the wait began. Right before my Equinox came in she received a promotion and so I started the rest of the journey with Steve Rettig. I must admit I was apprehensive because Sydney was such a sweetheart, but it was so unfounded. Steve even came in on his day off to take care of me. The paperwork I always dread was so smooth and quick, I was totally shocked. So much easier than in the past, so Thank you Aaron Glaze for assisting me in that process. Very helpful and nice Brad Korby has kept me in the loop and helped me set up times to come in. Very nice I'm not aware of the names of all the others that have been so nice and offered assistance. I saw people up at the front that I know worked on this also and I thank them but don't know their names. I hope I get this correct, I believe Cindy Murat assisted in part of my purchase experience.
