He worked so hard to get me into a new 2019 Chevy Spark at a monthly rate that made me comfortable. The easiest car buying experience I highly recommend Zach Neeley and the rest of the staff at Champion Cheverolet. We are not huge fans of the car buying game and had went through a d I highly recommend Zach Neeley and the rest of the staff at Champion Cheverolet. We are not huge fans of the car buying game and had went through a different dealership for our other vehicle and it was a horrible experience. So we went on line found the vehicle we wanted at the price we liked. We called and asked them if they could have it ready for us. We live 10 minutes away and when we got there they had it ready for us. They also informed us of another option. Zach Neeley has by far been the best car salesman I have come across. We had a broken down vehicle to trade in so we took a test drive to our house. The entire drive he didn’t try to sell us the vehicle he just talked to us. No pressure just let us kind of tell him what we wanted. He took at look at the trade in took some pictures and we went back to the dealership. We knew we wanted the vehicle. So we started the buying process. I mentioned being hungry and Zach ran to the break room and heated us up some pizza so we could have something to hold us over. He quickly got everything ready despite the system giving him some problems. We actually laughed the whole time we were there. The staff was wonderful. The process went off without any problems and we left only 3 hours later with a beautiful new vehicle that we can safely drive our 3 daughters around in. You have restored our faith in the car buying process! We will be back soon to trade in our other vehicle as soon as we agree on what we want! Thank you to all of you who helped us today! Service department is top notch I will not take my car to any other dealership for service. I have another Chevy dealership within a mile of my home and would drive 30 minutes if ne I will not take my car to any other dealership for service. I have another Chevy dealership within a mile of my home and would drive 30 minutes if necessary to go to Champion Chevy. I always deal with Will and he is awesome. He listens to the issues I present and takes me seriously, as a woman taking a car in for service. Sometimes I don't know the names of things, or specifics and he is always patient and listens. They will keep my car as long as necessary to make sure the problem is fixed. The service area is clean, the service employees are professional, and top notch. I did not buy my car from this dealership, but through their wonderful service department, they have earned by business for my next GM purchase!! More
