The first person who called us back through the financial person at the end of the deal were all extremely straightforward, consistent, and efficient. None of the double talk we got at another dealership in the area. Right up front they told us what our car was worth and how much they would trade for. What a relief! Derek kept things moving and checking in with us to make sure everything was happening as planned. We are happy with the car. We will refer our family and friends to Derek and Champion whenever we have the opportunity. More

First Service of New Traverse Took my new Traverse here for its first service. Had never serviced a car here before. They did a great job! Above and beyond I came to the dealership on a really hot and humid day where nobody wanted to be outside. I walked around a few trucks and was about to go back home when my salesperson Zac seen me while out there taking pictures. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and positive. Without having the best credit in the world he remained positive that he could help. He made it easy and fun. Also the salesman that did our paperwork was great.
