I don't expect to 'deal' with an individual for 2 or 3 days just to show up at the dealership and be handed off to another salesperson to start the process all over again. Waste of my time. I want to shop and gather information without feeling pushed into any sort of deal before I'm ready. Champion impressed me with their laid back feel. Everyone I talked to was very helpful.
