Positive service experience I came in without an appointment for an oil change on my wife's Malibu. After initially speaking with one of the other service assistants, Rich asked I came in without an appointment for an oil change on my wife's Malibu. After initially speaking with one of the other service assistants, Rich asked me to come to his desk so he could handle my visit. After learning the car had 67,000 miles, he mentioned that we might want to consider the 60,000 mile service but he did not push getting it all done since it is not cheap. He helpfully suggested one component--the transmission fluid exchange--that he thought was most crucial. He also offered to arrange for a shuttle to take me home since it was going to take a couple of hours for the work to be completed. I would definitely be open to working with Rich for future service visits. More

Great customer service I asked for a tire rotation along with an oil change. When my vehicle was ready he said I didn't need a rotation yet.
