In for oil change and rattle in front end of car. Oil change was fine and done in a reasonable amount of time. I thought I was getting a multi point inspection as well, but nothing was said at check o Oil change was fine and done in a reasonable amount of time. I also wanted what I thought was something loose in the front fascia of the car. I showed the service writer how loose it was by simply banging on it with your hand. I also explained a test drive would be a waste of time as it seems to do it when windy conditions exist, which I thought might be something flapping from the wind hitting it. They drove it anyway against what I advised and found nothing banging. The banging rattle is still occurring and I don't know if the inspection was done. I also sat for 15 or so minutes after the car was ready because the service writer was in a meeting. More
