Friendly accommodating people I know there are dealership it's their job to sell cars, but they knew we had budget constraints and it was at closing time on a Friday night and the I know there are dealership it's their job to sell cars, but they knew we had budget constraints and it was at closing time on a Friday night and they still stayed open to work with us and try to see if they could make a deal and meet our budget. Our sales person, Blake Ritorto, was so pleasant, helpful, and professional in showing us models that we were interested in, getting our trade-in evaluated and working with us to close the sale, and then helping us learn all about using the modern technology features of our car after our purchase because we had no prior experience with this type of technology. Also, Business Manager Drew Effinger, was very enjoyable to work with as we went over all the paperwork to complete the purchase and get extended bumper to bumper coverage for our new Malibu. I gave the dealership 4 stars but would give the salesman 5 stars because he was helpful, informativ Overall a good experience at this dealership. I gave the dealership 4 stars but would give the salesman 5 stars because he was helpful, informative, and acted like he wanted to make a sale. My only complaints were there was no real haggle room over the trade-in, which was 50% my fault for not bringing the vehicle to the initial contact and 50% the fault of the sales floor manager who apparently didn't want to negotiate the original low-ball quote after seeing the vehicle. Referencing the Bluebook price, I think the trade-in was worth an additional $1000. In addition, there was no negotiation on the lending institution for the balance due after trade-in and down payment. I was told 4.65% was the best rate I could get even though my credit rating and my wife's are 800+ . I refinanced a week later at my credit union for 1.9%. The price on the truck I purchased was fair so I didn't attempt to negotiate it.....minus the various incentives and discounts, the price was dropped almost $8,000 . Would I buy here again? Probably so. If I do, it would be with the same salesman but things would be a little different when it comes to dealing with the sales management and business management. More
