Great Experience!!! When we went to the dealership we new exactly which vehicle we were interested in. We were pleasantly surprised that we were not bombarded by sales as When we went to the dealership we new exactly which vehicle we were interested in. We were pleasantly surprised that we were not bombarded by sales associates. When entering the main sales floor we were greated by the friendly staff and sales associates. Our sales associate Steve was happy to assist us at looking at the truck we were interested in and do a test drive. After knowing we were set on the vehicle we went inside to do all of the paper work. Drew in the finance department was friendly and efficient. He was able to get all of our paper work done and signed with in an hour. We have purchased many vehicles and this has been by far the best and easiest experience we've had. More

Purchased a new vehicle with trade in The selection of vehicles I was looking for was good and I was able to find 2 to decide between. The salesman who showed me the vehicles was not as f The selection of vehicles I was looking for was good and I was able to find 2 to decide between. The salesman who showed me the vehicles was not as familiar with the specifics of the vehicles as I expected. He used generalizations often and didn't know the answers to several questions related to features of the vehicles. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with however. The financial stage was handled poorly. The gentleman who was processing my sale tried to put me into financing that I had no knowledge of and was, in fact, much worse than the terms I secured after questioning his information, causing him to check available financing again. The sales manager was helpful and appeared open and honest pricing structures very clearly. I appreciated that. The whole process took entirely too long. I was an easy customer. I knew what i wanted to buy, had no financing concerns, was satisfied with the trade in allowance and still it took me 3 1/2 hrs to complete the transaction. No reason in the world for that to be the case. Ultimately I left with the vehicle I wanted at a price I considered fair with financing I could live with. More

The reason for the 5 star review is because Allen Syx was our sales consultant and from the very first truck I looked at that I knew I couldn't afford The reason for the 5 star review is because Allen Syx was our sales consultant and from the very first truck I looked at that I knew I couldn't afford he was very honest and helpful and still took the time to go over the entire truck, then was able to ball park a monthly payment if I wanted the truck and it was too much. So he asked if there was other cars I was interested in and of course I always wanted a camero so he was very helpful with all the modles and working with me on what I was looking for and could afford and even my trade in. In the end I got the camero I wanted for about the price I told him I could afford and I love my car. Great job by Allen Syx and the rest of the champion managers that I delt with during my visit there. Ill be going there in the future for my future Chevy car or truck. More

Vehicle Service We brought the vehicle in for a free Oil Change & Tire Rotation, which was part of the agreement of the new vehicle purchase. The person that greeted We brought the vehicle in for a free Oil Change & Tire Rotation, which was part of the agreement of the new vehicle purchase. The person that greeted us was very nice and helpful, and we got the vehicle in right away for service. It took only around 20 minutes, which was much quicker than we expected. The waiting area was very comfortable, and everyone that we dealt with there was very nice and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend someone to Champion. More
