Better late than never! Hello. For years & years I had tried to deal with previous dealership. They would never get close so I felt forced to go elsewhere. We stopped in @ Ch Hello. We fell in love with our little salesperson, Kailyn MCCoskey! It's such a small world that come to find out she & my son graduated together! She was very knowledgable, helpful, & did the sale the way I wanted it. I don't like to spend much time going back & forth when I get ready to trade vehicles. I know what I want to spend & I appreciate the dealership giving me there bottom dollar right off the bat. Saves time & hassle! I will go back there for a new car in approximately 2-3 years! I appreciate their honesty and integrity and has always been treated with the utmost respect. Patrick Briney was excellent from the first phone conversation we had. I called because one of warning lights were coming on. I called and spoke with Patrick explaining the problem as best as I could. He was very reassuring and asked me when I could bring the car in. We decided on the following day. When I arrived, the Service Department was very busy. Patrick acknowledged me and said he be with me soon. It made me feel welcomed that he too the time to acknowledge me. Little gestures such as that goes a long way. Long story short, it was an awesome experience. One other thing I appreciated was that Patrick came back to the waiting area several times to give me updates on the service to see if I needed anything. Wow--now that's customer service! I had to leave my car overnight, but Patrick put me in a loaner vehicle and my car was ready the next day. Repaired, washed and ready to go! Kudos to Patrick and the Champion Team! More

the story of max, my new chevy ss we knew we needed a new car for our growing family and initially had an infinity crossover in mind. the car was special because it was a family car bu we knew we needed a new car for our growing family and initially had an infinity crossover in mind. the car was special because it was a family car but on a 370Z/nissan skyline chassy giving it an edge. my husband had one more car in mind but didn't know if it was a possibility given its more rare and special nature....a chevy SS. we decided to go to our nearest chevy dealership just to take a look while our baby napped in the car. that's when the dream started to become a reality. we met Allen, our genie, and his team. we didn't know we would be buying a car that day but that's what we did because they gave us the deal of a lifetime for the car of a lifetime. it's a family car with over 400 horsepower and torque. it rides smooth and comfortable for a sedan but has a bite to it when you want it. its a car for the man who has a family but also is not ready to give up his dreams of being a racecar driver. when he saw it, he knew he wanted it. when he drove it, he knew he wanted it more. Thank you to Allen and his team for giving us the car we needed at the deal we couldn't pass up.
