Tyler D. Went out of his way to find us the Maverick that we wanted. He wasn’t hard selling the truck or pushing us to spend more than we wanted. We had been looking for a particular vehicle for a couple months and finally found one at Chapman Ford. John Hatzis showed us the car and made sure that the specifications met what we needed. John and his manager got us the financing we were looking for and we picked up the car the next day. A couple of minor issues came up that the dealership was not aware of and John and his team took care of everything immediately with no resistance. This was my second vehicle purchase from Chapman Ford and everything was great both times. they stand behind what they sell and treat their customers with respect, kindness and gratitude.
