Not customer service oriented. My SA was nowhere to be found. I wasn’t provided any updates during my wait. I requested a state inspection and it took an additional hour and a half My SA was nowhere to be found. I wasn’t provided any updates during my wait. I requested a state inspection and it took an additional hour and a half. When my car was ready it was because I followed up in person. Should’ve gone to the dealership back home for service. As I was leaving I overheard another client that drove off with numerous issues that weren’t addressed. It seems his SA was cut from the same cloth. At least they offer coffee and donuts while you wait…? More
