I'm sorry we missed something as basic as completing the tire rotation you paid for. I'm glad the refund was handled, but you're right - the work order should have been reviewed more carefully before your vehicle was returned. We'll use this with our service team as a reminder that a Better Experience means doing the work correctly and owning it when we don't.
