I am still waiting for my new plates and it is almost two months since I purchased the car. Long story short, I no longer recommend this dealership due to lack of customer service since my purchase. We were greeted sincerely by Emily Smith and then introduced to Dan Gulley, who I recieved a nice hand shake and smile.Emily was far more customer friendly, professional , THAN THE OTHER DEALERSHIPS and her knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in was impeccable. Arriving around 7PM, there was little time to closing, but Emily & Dan answered all our questions, set up financing and got my daughter her 1st new car without no rushing and uncertainties. Our greatest respect goes out to Emily, who at 11:30PM was out in the parking lot refusing to let us leave until the On-Star Service was activated! What a dedicated, people person, sales associate!
