This was my second experience with Emily Smith. I orginally wasn't looking for a Chevy vehicle, but I was surprised how much room it had over the Nissan Rogue. The Equinox had so much more room than I had anticipated. My car was totaled one month before I was scheduled to pay it off in full. Due to a short time frame given to me by the at-fault's insurance provider, I had one day to find a replacement. I planned to visit three dealerships that day with my researched short list, but we never made it to the third dealer after visiting Chevrolet of Naperville. Emily was very helpful in showing us the available Equinoxes and worked to find a car on the lot with all the features I wanted. My dream car was too far out of my budget but Emily was able to negotiate the price and offer dealer-installed options on a lower model to get me everything I wanted. I was very impressed with the service of both Emily and the other people we worked with throughout the day, and they were even willing to work with me and be flexible on processing the down payment as I navigated (and continue to navigate) the hassle of collecting the settlement amount from the insurance company. Without a doubt the best car-buying experience I have ever had. More
