The vehicle I purchased was in even better condition then they described it and they really did a bang up job detailing the car and showing off what the car should look like. The price they gave me was an outstanding deal for the mileage and condition the vehicle was in and they made financing the car as pleasant an experience as it can be. Unfortunately I have bought a brand new 2010 Chevy Aveo from them, which it turned to be a nightmare, has been in the shop four times within the first month of the purchase, dealer personnel don't return p from them, which it turned to be a nightmare, has been in the shop four times within the first month of the purchase, dealer personnel don't return phone calls, the swithboard operator is rude on the phone, the branch manager does not do anything for you if you need assitance literaly he does not care about the cutomers. They all (sales, finance, receptionist and manager) don't treat customers as customers they try to get you off the phone without listening to what you have to say, they lie and hide information that is very important for your purchase. I also bought an extended warranty that is worth less for 1000 and after the whole 3 week hassle to cancel it they gave me back only 900, the finance person (Andy) told me he was going to send me the check for the rest of the money the same week, it's been two weeks and nothing yet. Then I tried to trade- in this car at some different dealers and no one wanted it because they all say it is a piece of crap, I paid $15,600 for it with 12 miles on it and no body would give me more than $6,000 with 1200 miles for it. Finally a dealer accepted the trade in for a very little amount in comparation with what I paid. I lost $7000 and a lot of time. You decide if you want to do business with them, my whole experience has been horrible, I just hope this prevents you from ruined your credit and saves you from a lot of bad feelings and a dramatic experience. I stopped by Dan Wolf Chevrolet to look at new & used suv's. Sherri came out to help me (even though she was not actually working that day)! She was never pushy & after we had looked at some vehicles, she gave me her card & said to call her if I had any more questions. What? I was totally expecting her to sit me down, get the financial people involved, etc! I knew right then that I would come back & purchase a vehicle from her because I appreciated the way she treated me, like a friend! My husband & I came back later that evening (Sherri was gone because she wasn't supposed to be working anyway!), so we worked with her partner, Pat. He was very nice also & helped us get the vehicle we wanted. Everyone we met & worked with were very courteous & helpful. When I drove up to the dealer to follow my friend, a saleswoman approached me and said she had noticed my car. I was currently driving a Saturn Aura and had no intentions of purchasing a new car. Sherri changed all that. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about Saturn. She used to work for Saturn before coming to Dan Wolf Chevrolet. We talked about the benefits of trading in my Saturn Aura for a new 2010 Chevy Malibu LS. Sherri was very upfront and honest about my options. Sherri answered all my questions and knew all the important details about the Malibu I was interested in. She laid out the benefits and rewards of owning a new Malibu. She has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Sherri worked with me right away and made me feel like family. When I told her that my friend and I hadn't eaten prior to visiting the dealer, she got us pizza and hot wings to tide us over. She even went out of her way to buy us ice cream from a drive by ice cream truck!!! I am putting this in my review to demonstrate how awesome and caring Sherri is. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or pressured into a sale.
