Love My New Car...Sean McDermott is Top Notch! I came in for an oil change and wanted to look at a slightly bigger vehicle to compare to a vehicle we liked while renting on vacation. I was referred to Sean right away by one of the sales managers after an initial enquiry online. Sean spent the entire evening showing me two vehicles, going over all of the bells & whistles and ultimately matched what I wanted to a vehicle in their stock. After test driving the original vehicle I liked; I brought my husband back to drive both and ultimately we decided to stay with an American made vehicle & due to Sean's great service, that was the seal on the deal. Sean spent all afternoon showing my husband the vehicle and AGAIN going over all of the bells & whistles, in additional to working our deal through management and finance. Ultimately, we feel we got a pretty good deal, a nicer vehicle that's safer for my commute and has the options on it that are important to me. Please see Sean if you choose to shop at Naper Chevy. He goes above and beyond to make sure you buy what you want, vs. pushing a vehicle that you don't want. He then spends a ridiculous amount of time making sure you're comfortable with the vehicle and then does all of the leg-work to get the deal done. Emily spent the majority of her day walking us through our options and letting us test drive the cars we were interested in. She was very patient and thorough. It genuinely felt like they were looking out for our best interest and not just trying to take advantage of us. Emily also took the time to show us all the features of our new car after they handed over the keys (even though we ran well past closing time).
