Very happy with Chignoli Auto I first purchased a vehicle from Chignoli Auto in Joliet just over ten years ago. Since then my family and I have purchased a total of 13 vehicles from Chignoli. I have dealt specifically with Gregg Chignoli. I have found that Gregg Chignoli is the only person I will purchase a used vehicle from. I feel that when shopping at Chignoli I am treated respectfully, fairly, honestly and without any pressure or typical sales games that are experienced at other dealers. I feel that each purchase was a fair deal. Most if not all of their cars are priced below fair market value which makes negotiating a price nearly pain free. For my most recent purchase, my wife and I already knew what vehicle we wanted. After discussing or desires with Gregg, he set out to locate exactly what we were looking for. Also, after one of the thirteen purchases I had a small problem with something not covered by warranty. Gregg immediately requested that I bring the vehicle in so they could make the appropriate repair. I also feel that Gregg is a man of his word. If he says he will do something you can depend on him. Again, I have found that I will only purchase used vehicles from Gregg and the rest of the Chignoli team. I know of no other dealership new or used that I would even take the time to write a positive review. More
