Awful experience We will never lease or purchase from Infiniti again. A tow needed to be arranged to bring my car in for service as it was not driveable due to a steering issue. I was approximately 15-20 miles from home when it happened, and trying to navigate the car was impossible and frightening. A loaner car was provided. I went today to pick up my repaired car and to speak with someone about what exactly had happened. When I was called in to John Dilieto's office, the first thing he said to me was that if I would have brought the car in for service it never would have happened. Apparently a recall letter had been sent out approximately a year ago (he told me a year...I have since been told it was 5 months ago) and I never received the letter. I explained this, or started to, and was abruptly interrupted with a shrug and a comment that maybe it never got to me as we have changed our address since leasing the car. I had intended to try and get a better understanding of how something like this could happen, what if my grandson was in the car, what if I was going faster - and to express my thoughts and feelings about what I had experienced as I was driving 10 miles per hour with the steering wheel upside down and shaking and the car pulling off the road whenever I tried to break.. However, I was so put off and upset by the way I was dismissed and treated that I walked out only to hear a sarcastic "Have a wonderful day now..." as I was walking down the hall. Given my upsetting experience with driving the car I would never have anticipated such blaming, dismissive,unapologetic and abrupt commentary to be spewed in such a smug and unsympathetic manner. We will never return to this service department/dealership and we will certainly never buy or lease another Infiniti. Ever. Besides the horrific customer service, this car has had two recalls in less than a year and a half. So what I wasn't able to say before I left today is that treating customers in such a way is completely unacceptable. More

Overall, this is the place to get your Infiniti, and if you are not considering Infinity, i recommend you reconisder. More

The qx30(completely unacceptable) the q60 (over priced)the q 50 sport and sedan. I alsocalled IFS to yo express my displeasure. They responded by giving me employee pricing but not on the car I wanted . Andy patiently put together a deal on a q50 sedan dispite the terrible working conditions thes men are dealing with they are still quick with a smile and a joke and maintain their professionalism . My salesman walked me through the sigh up probcess and even went through the car with me rather than having me wait for a delivery boy to be available More

Not only do I completely love my QX80, but I adore Mark Bahary my salesman. He has always gone above and beyond for me. Pam in the service department is a complete professional and knows me by my first name, I always enjoy our few minutes together! I can't forget to mention Yuri. He is always waiting outside with a smile on his face waiting to take my car and get me a loaner. All around, Circle Infiniti is an amazing dealership. I highly recommend them, and don't forget to ask for Mark! More

He goes out of his way to communicate with me during the whole process, calling and emailing me to keep me updated on the status. I was looking for a specific color and needed the full second row; Ray called all the dealerships on the east coast until he found the car I wanted. The great service goes beyond the purchase of the new car. The service department is easy to deal with and is always helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.
