Exceptional service department Recently had an airbag problem with 2010 EX35. Ann was very understanding, explained problem and remedy and went out of her way to get repair covered Recently had an airbag problem with 2010 EX35. Ann was very understanding, explained problem and remedy and went out of her way to get repair covered under warranty. She was very accommodating with scheduled service date, transportation and kept us up to date on status. This is the definition of outstanding customer service. Ann and Sal were also very accommodating to schedule our 2014 Q50 for a software update and routine service on a very busy day in the service department Work was explained and completed ahead of expectations. Both Ann and Sal exhibit excellent people skills as they listen to the customer explain the problem, demonstrate that they care about your experience and make sure the work is done on time and properly. More
Outstanding Assistance with car locked with engine running I left my car at Little Silver railroad station with engine running and door locked. Took train to Newark Airport where police called me about the pro I left my car at Little Silver railroad station with engine running and door locked. Took train to Newark Airport where police called me about the problem as I boarded flight. Called Circle service and both Pam and John were able to arrange for car to be picked up at train station and delivered to Circle Infiniti to turn off engine. I retrieved my car when I returned three days later and was amazed when Pam told me there would be "no charge" for their work. What amazing service and I am truly appreciative. My wife and I both have 2013 Infiniti's and will keep doing business with Circle as long as possible. More

My most recent service appointments have been managed by Sal Graziano, who has been a pleasure to work with both times, and is always extremely accommodating of my hectic schedule and budget. I've previously worked with Pam Crisafulli, who also provides equally exceptional service. It is also always a pleasure to be greeted by Yuri, the gentleman who handles drop-off/pick-up. While I hope to have my well-used and loved car for a few more years, I fully intend to make Circle Infiniti my first stop when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle. More
