I was welcomed as soon as I arrived, and even though the sales person with whom I was corresponding wasn’t available I was introduced immediately to another. The car was ready for me to test and there was no upsell in trying to get me into a higher trim model. All staff are really friendly and do not come across as the usual slick try-hard car salesman. After the test drive I was given info on other models and trims with plenty of options, then negotiated a price for the trim I wanted. Scott was my main contact and he was very personable, no pressure tactics but very knowledgeable about the car as we drove and discussed it. More
