My search was months in the making. When I came to this dealer, I was met by Charles who provided all of the information I needed, showed me all vehicles I wanted to see and explained a When I came to this dealer, I was met by Charles who provided all of the information I needed, showed me all vehicles I wanted to see and explained all the differences. The process was easy and very laid back, I was not pressured nor made to feel bad about changing my mind and vehicle choice so many times. Manny also came over and spoke to me and made me feel excited about the purchase and comfortable with the process. Alex in finance was a breath of fresh air. Usually the finance part is the last stressful part of the purchase but he was so informative relaxed and enjoyable to speak with, that it made the daunting process easy. Even after I left with the vehicle, I have reached out to Charles about certain features which he quickly explained to me. The Customer Service I received in this location was beyond expectation.
