Such a good vibe from the moment I walked into City Volkswagen of Evanston. Ian and Frank were helpful in getting me set up with a test drive and sharing the cool features while we were on the road. When we returned the following day, Ian had tracked down the perfect TAOS for me! I really appreciated Gilbert's patience and assistance as we negotiated the best deal on my new car as well as my trade in.
