I love The Evanston Autobarn and there service division has until this last time been incredible. My last experience however was not what I have come to expect from Autobarn of Evanston. I dropped of my car for 1 1/2 service and wasn’t called all day even when I was specially told I would be called to get pickers up. Not only was I not called but by car was kept overnight without any form of communication. The next day I called naturally, upset and was told basically that it wasn’t anyone’s fault they had just been understaffed. I finally did get an apology from the service tech, although he didn’t even offer to comp my touch up paint I had purchased or do anything else to make it right. More
