At first, I was disappointed with my experience. I was given a poor salesman, Alex Ortiz, who did not only not introduce himself, but did not ask my fiancé and I’s names. He went through the entire 30 minute process this way. When introduced to the sales manager, he tried to get us to sign on the car same day, even though we had stated we would need to come back with my fiancé’s parents. I called the GM and he set us up with Joe. Joe is a 10/10, great service!! He is honest and made everything smooth. More
