Customer service really goes a long way in 2021. We live a life where everything is rushed, remote , and forgotten when it comes to proper customer service. Mike took the time to answer all my questions in a very friendly professional and pressure free way. I felt comfortable in a sense where he was educating me for my best interest. He used a teach back method where I can reiterate on what he taught me. These extra elements on this mew car experience he increased my trust in city world Hyundai but also in Hyundai themselves.
