Customer service really goes a long way in 2021. We live a life where everything is rushed, remote , and forgotten when it comes to proper customer service. Mike took the time to answer all my questions in a very friendly professional and pressure free way. I felt comfortable in a sense where he was educating me for my best interest. He used a teach back method where I can reiterate on what he taught me. These extra elements on this mew car experience he increased my trust in city world Hyundai but also in Hyundai themselves. Either there training program is absolutely exceptional or they have some excellent leadership on who they hire. 5star all around. Love the car. Live the service. Love the experience. More
