All Around Great Experience I was buying my first new car and trading in my old original car that I bought used when I first got a job. I had looked around online so I kind of kn I was buying my first new car and trading in my old original car that I bought used when I first got a job. I had looked around online so I kind of knew what I wanted. Mark helped me figure out what I wanted in a car without being pushy or trying to sell me on extras I didn't need like most dealers would. He was extremely nice and friendly and made time for any questions I had on return visits or emails. When I picked the car up he dealt with the license plates, ezpass, inspection, and gave me a guided tour of the car. I dealt with Michael Nelson for the financial aspect and he made everything simple and guided me through my options without trying to sway me to any one thing over another. Overall it was a great experience and basically everything you could want in a car dealership with none of the over the top salesmanship you get at most dealerships where they try to get you to buy anything they can and rush you through to a quick deal so they can move to the next customers. I would highly recommend Cityside Subaru as a dealership and specifically Mark as your sales person. More

The Service Dept is one of the best we have dealt with.-from the Express Oil Change to full service. Crystal Campbell helped us buy a new 2019 Forester-our fourth. I can't imagine driving any car but a Subaru.. The process took at least 6 months while we were trying out the 2019 Forester and finishing a lease on a Lexus. Crystal is not only fun to be with but very knowledgeable about Subaru. Buying a car can be stressful but Crystal and Tom D"Allessandro made the process so easy and enjoyable.
