Crystal Campbell was very diligent in her efforts to locate one for us, but alas, there were none in New England, so she was very helpful ordering one from the factory in Japan, and keeping us updated on the progress. At every juncture, she intervened to expedite the process. She and her team were very cordial and patient during lengthy negotiations of price, and we felt we got a fair deal. When the car was delivered, Crystal was extremely knowledgeable about all the technology items in the Forester, and made herself available to follow-up when we had questions. More

He talked me through all of the features and we went on a test drive. I had a good feeling and it wasn’t hard to make the choice to purchase. I am one of those “buy a new car and keep it / care fore it as long as possible.” I drove my last car for 12 years. I was ready to try a Subaru because of the all wheel drive feature and my love of the outdoors in all the seasons. I was a bit intimidated by all the buttons and iPhone interactions that come with the car, Junior Williams has a very kind and smart way of explaining this new technology.
