My car buying process took quite a while due to several (well maybe more than several) changes of mind re my preferences. Mark Lidano was wonderful to work with - I never felt rushed or pressured. He was always very patient and thorough in answering questions, and really helped me think through my choices. Mark seemed truly invested in my being happy with my choices. I really appreciated too his encouragement that I contact him if any questions come up as I get to know the car. More
Poor Service Communication and follow through I have just spent the last 15 minutes being yelled at by the dealership owner-he says he does not have enough service people and cannot hire them and I have just spent the last 15 minutes being yelled at by the dealership owner-he says he does not have enough service people and cannot hire them and so his solution to that is to yell at his customers if the customers are not satisfied. I have had problems with my Android Auto on my 2018 Crosstrek from the beginning-I am now going on my fourth radio. But according to the owner, I should understand that he can't do anything about having his service people call their customers for updates on their car repair. Wow-he has a captive audience I guess--lucky for him. Maybe the real world will catch up to him at some point-one can only hope. More
2019 CrossTrek purchase I traded in my 2015 CrossTrek (which I also bought at CitySide Subaru) for a 2019 CrossTrek. I really like this model, it meets my needs and has prove I traded in my 2015 CrossTrek (which I also bought at CitySide Subaru) for a 2019 CrossTrek. I really like this model, it meets my needs and has proven to be a reliable and fun to drive car. I enjoyed working with Mark, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was very thorough in making sure that I understood features of the new car that I was not familiar with. The trade-in and new car purchase went smoothly, and everything was completed on the promised date. So far, I have been very pleased with the features and performance of my 2019 CrossTrek. More

There was no pressure to make a decision about a purchase and the customer service was extraordinary. Accolades go to Crystal Campbell, our Sales Associate. She was personable, warm, friendly, and took the time to explain the information we needed about our Subaru Crosstrek and the delivery of the automobile. She spent approximately 20-30 minutes with us in the car explaining the functions and technology. I also have to mention Tom, the Business Manager. He took the time to explain service and extended warranty packages. The dealership is incredibly efficient with a smile. I look forward to getting to know my first Subaru! More

So feeling that someone in a car dealership is on your side and is not rushing you with a decision makes the tremendous deference making the purchase to me. Before visiting CitySide Subaru, I have visited few Subaru dealerships in New England area as well as a couple of Toyota dealerships as Highlander was on my mind too. Long story short, while I was in CitySide Subaru show room, Crystal came across as an amazing “counselor” helped me with the purchase decision by explaining all important safety features of Ascent very tactfully, she very skillfully highlighted what stets Ascent apart from other cars in the same segment. While test-driving the car she very professionally pinpointed almost all of Ascent’s unique features. And then during the purchase process, she went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Easy and Painless I had put off buying a new car for over a year because I dreaded the constant hounding of dealers once you expressed an interest in one of their cars. Cityside never bugged me, but at the same time they let me know they were there (a birthday greetings email!). Mark Foresta answered all my questions, including some I didn’t know I had.
