She helped us evaluate the alternatives, and, unlike many car salespeople I have dealt with in the past, she was never "pushy." We ended up deciding to get a Forester Touring in Sepia with Saddle Tan interior. Crystal Campbell was very diligent in her efforts to locate one for us, but alas, there were none in New England, so she was very helpful ordering one from the factory in Japan, and keeping us updated on the progress. At every juncture, she intervened to expedite the process. She and her team were very cordial and patient during lengthy negotiations of price, and we felt we got a fair deal. When the car was delivered, Crystal was extremely knowledgeable about all the technology items in the Forester, and made herself available to follow-up when we had questions. More

I never felt patronized or disrespected either and I know other friends who have had terrible experiences in the car buying process. This was HUGE for me. He talked me through all of the features and we went on a test drive. I had a good feeling and it wasn’t hard to make the choice to purchase. I am one of those “buy a new car and keep it / care fore it as long as possible.” I drove my last car for 12 years. I was ready to try a Subaru because of the all wheel drive feature and my love of the outdoors in all the seasons. I was a bit intimidated by all the buttons and iPhone interactions that come with the car, Junior Williams has a very kind and smart way of explaining this new technology. When I drove out onto the street on July 18th I felt confident and really happy about the entire process. More

Great, fast experience I had already test driven the car and was sure I wanted to make the purchase. We arrived at a deal and Mike was able to talk me through the financials quickly. When it was time to pick up the car and transfer my existing plates that experience was also seamless and quick. Rob made sure all of my questions were answered before leaving the lot. Overall I had a very positive shopping experience at Cityside. More
