He was knowledgeable but not pushy. When negotiating price he would simply say let me ask. We went in late on a Friday night, test drove, kept him late, but we bought a car. In the past when buying a new car I left the dealership still questioning "did I get a good deal?" "They just took me for a ride" when we left Cityside after working with Pete we were simply excited for having finally got a new car and for the deal we got. Pete's friendly no nonsense approach definitely made car buying a pleasure. More

Our sales rep Dan Rzepnicki listened to our needs and is probably one of the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Three years after we bought our first car at Cityside, Dan still remembered us by name when we came in for our second car. WOW! Dan kept me in the loop every step of the way on my ordered car from Japan to Dock to dealership lot. The manager Nate White, handled my trade in very professionally. He was straightforward and put his best offer out right away. There was no xx or games to be played. Flavio Fonseca handled the delivery of my car and explained everything very clearly. He was enthusiastic and made sure that I got EVERYTHING I needed! Lastly Michael Nelson the finance manager handled all the paper work with lightning speed and didn't try to up sell any of the extra stuff I didn't want. All in all, there isn't a better dealership to buy your new or used Subaru. This dealership really treats you like family. What a pleasure! More

There was no pressure during the buying of my 2017 Outback. Mark was a good listener and worked hard to get me a good deal. Once the deal was made, Mark and Cityside didn't disappear. I got a call from Mark a few weeks after picking up my car to check on how the car was working out for me. He offered an appointment to review some of the many features on the new Outreach on which I might have questions. That was an appointment I kept. More
