As usual, I did my homework, then called Cityside and talked to Tom DAlessandro. There was no battle - I told him what I wanted and he checked inventory and I picked a car. We did a quick negotiation and closed the deal - over the phone! I wish all my previous car buying experiences were this easy. When I picked up the car, Mike Buono handled the paperwork. No gimmicks. I highly recommend Cityside Subaru. More
Junior, Rob, and Team were awesome Cityside made buying my first car such a great experience. I had a very short time to find and buy a car (I won't go into all the details) and needed Cityside made buying my first car such a great experience. I had a very short time to find and buy a car (I won't go into all the details) and needed to do everything via phone and email. Rob helped me find the exact Outback I wanted, in the color I wanted. And unlike other dealerships in the area, he let me put down a downpayment on it with a credit card over the phone (shocking that others wouldn't do it, and wanted me to travel 35+ min each way to come down just to run a card). When the time came to pick it up, they were really flexible and helped me get it a day earlier than planned. And their exceptional service didn't end there. The day of the pick up they walked me through everything - all the paperwork, all the additional services (starlink, etc) and all the features of the vehicle. I cannot recommend Cityside enough and will be a long time customer of theirs. More

This dealership is also the only one I went to when I was car shopping that let me go on a test drive without a salesman in the car with me - a huge benefit, and I took out a bunch of cars there! No-Pressure Experience This is the first time I've ever bought a car, and Dan made it easy. I knew I wanted a Subaru, and he helped me find the right one for my needs. He le This is the first time I've ever bought a car, and Dan made it easy. I knew I wanted a Subaru, and he helped me find the right one for my needs. He let me and my boyfriend test drive 3 different cars and was more than happy to spend as long as we needed with him answering all our questions. He didn't pressure us to purchase, but shared everything he knew about what was available and what was possible as far as pricing. After speaking with other dealerships, I knew I'd rather purchase from Dan and he made that possible as well finding the perfect car for us. Once we were able to pick up the car, we then worked with John to figure out additional warranties. I'm not sure I'll need to additional options I purchased, but made sense to play it safe since this is the first time I've bought a car. He also required me to leave a check for $1,000 since I didn't have the title for the car I was trading in at the moment. That seemed excessive since it'd cost $50 to replace if I hadn't found it (which I did and bought in as soon as I could). For these reasons, I didn't feel like John was working in my best interests and took advantage of my inexperience. Although he was very polite. More

We had many questions and points of comparison and Danny Zip took the time to explain the options and think through the comparisons. Of course, Subaru won our business in the end. We were looking for a safe, roomy, reliable, utilitarian vehicle and only wanted to deal with forthright and patient dealers. Subaru and the Crosstreck met and exceeded our expectations. Our new car is extraordinarily safe. It almost drives itself on the highway with the eye sight technology and adaptive cruise control. It gives a second read on these possible locations for surrounding cars- in front, in blind spots, and behind. Thank you for helping to keep our family safe and sound on the road! More

We had terrific experiences with Rob Krasow and Michael Nelson, both really nice guys who handled the financial aspects in a way that felt fair, respectful and relationship-preserving. We feel at home with our new friends at Cityside and feel confident that they will continue to give us great service for years to come. More

Next one was 3 weeks away and in transit from Japan - CitySide management reached out to all avenues and was able to pinpoint the exact model, color, package. Car showed up before anticipated and was able to start the job on time as a result. Service and finance teams were helpful and support their sales division fully.
