It was about 11 am and I hadn't had coffee or breakfast and Zander gave me a voucher to use at My Other Kitchen just down the road and it was bitter cold out. They said all the tires were low but found nothing wrong and charged me nothing. But one of the tires was quite low 2 days later and I drove in w/o an appointment and they found a nail in it and apologized for having to charge me $18. Truly great service. Peter Rosenberg talked to me at length to understand -- and then showed me cooler cars, let me drive sportier cars, and encouraged me to think for a few days. In the end I bought the car I'd intended to buy, at a competitive price - but with full confidence that it was the right car for me. Peter was knowledgeable, interesting, funny, and low-pressure. I think I got really lucky because Peter was about as far from the stereotypical car salesman as he could be! I'll definitely buy from CitySide and Peter again! More
