Before going to Mark, I test drove a used Subaru from my mini dealer. The trade in deal there was a great deal, but the Subaru they had didn't have the options that were deal breakers for me. I explained my story to Mark, and while he could have sold me a car on the spot (I was prepared to buy right then and there), he told me that I had better deal at the mini dealer. I reiterated that the car didn't have the options I needed and he explained that the options could be added and then I would have the car I wanted at a great price. I said I didn't want to spend extra for the options and he explained to me that I could negotiate the options into the existing trade for no cost and that I should call them right then and there to make the deal over the phone before the car was sold! I had no idea I could add options and negotiate them as Mark suggested! I called immediately and made the deal for the car I wanted at no extra cost. Mark gave up a sale because it was the right thing to do. He could have never advised me to go back to the other dealer and he would have made a sale and I would never have been the wiser. Mark is an honest and wise man that I would recommend to anyone interested in buying a Subaru. He will do right by you, even if it means he turns you away! It was an experience I will never forget.
