During our visit, we looked at few cars that we were interested in and test drived it. Although we liked tangerine crosstrack xv we still couldn't decide. Peter helped us vocalizing our needs and preferences in a new vehicle by asking right questions. It's great to deal with people who know their profession and find passion in it. Even after the purchase of the vehicle, I feel I can ask questions freely and get my answers pretty timely. I brought the car to Subaru service few times for some maintenance. Each time I dealt with one person named Zander. I found him also very helpful and friendly. I recently found out that my husband has been friends with him since high school. Recently my husband ran into Peter at the store and asked few questions about a problem we were having with the car. Peter gave some advise which we followed and we were able to rectify the problem. Wonderful experience buying my dream car I was in the market to buy a 2015 Subaru STi and was looking at dealerships closer to home. After a couple of bad experiences with sales persons, I de I was in the market to buy a 2015 Subaru STi and was looking at dealerships closer to home. After a couple of bad experiences with sales persons, I decided to broaden my search and began calling around. I got in touch with Peter Rosenberg at Cityside Subaru, who gave me a call back immediately with potential options. I made a visit to the dealership and was very taken with the floor model in ice silver, even though I was leaning towards white. Once I'd settled on the color, Peter walked me through all the options that I might be interested in, and whether to lease or buy. He laid out the pros and cons of leasing instead of buying, especially a high performance car that might not hold its value well over the years if bought. The negotiations over price were good-natured and I was given a fairly good deal with my trade-in and monthly payments. There was a mixup with finance (the bank that Subaru works with do not allow leases for non-US citizens) which meant I ended up buying the car anyway, but that was an oversight which could have been avoided. I was still happy with the price offered and the service was excellent. I had a very good experience with Peter as the sales person and would definitely recommend both him and Cityside Subaru for their customer service. Peter was very patient with all my questions and he made suggestions that worked out for the best, without being pushy. All my interactions with him were very personable and we've kept in touch long after my purchase. This has been the best car buying experience of my life, and I'm certain I will come back to Cityside and Peter for my next purchase. More
