I have been a very long time customer. Services and 2 brand new cars off their lot! I typically refer, family and friends, however, after the service that was provided to me on 6/1/22, I’d Services and 2 brand new cars off their lot! I typically refer, family and friends, however, after the service that was provided to me on 6/1/22, I’d like to stop that moving forward. Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change, I was told it’s free, just pay for the rotate of tires, fluids, etc. Great. Two weeks after that service I go to turn on windshield wipers, and my vehicle light went on, saying, refill water. I reviewed the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection sheet and everything was checked green (but my brakes), and indicated “Checked and Okay”. This is not good service and now I’m second guessing all the times I went in there for service, if I really received what I paid for. Disappointed and looking for another dealership. More

The initial process prior to going to the actual dealership started off pleasant. But then when I was called back later that evening to the dealership for a possible 2022 Hybrid RAV4, it went drama dealership started off pleasant. But then when I was called back later that evening to the dealership for a possible 2022 Hybrid RAV4, it went dramatically down hill from there. My dinner was interrupted by phone that a customer had backed out of a 2022 Hybrid RAV4 and I expressed an interest in both an option to lease AND finance and they would have all the necessary paperwork done to expedite the process. I arrived at the dealership with my two roommates and was greeted by Jacob. He asked us to have a seat in the lobby area. He said that he needed to get my file. Fast forward 30 - 35 minutes, still waiting, I got up to find Jacob to inquire if they found my file and again told him I'd like to look at financing as a lease option. He said that's fine and I asked if we could just take a look at non-hybrid RAV4's on the lot and he took me out to see some. Once we returned, he had us have a seat again and told me that Finance would be right with me. Another 10 - 15 minutes of waiting, we were brought into Adrian Romero's office. He proceeded to get right to the point to have me start signing a lease on the 2022 Hybrid RAV4. I had to explain to him that I had asked several times to look at a finance option. He seemed annoyed. I asked SEVERAL times for the sticker of the vehicle to find out the breakdown of the monthly payment options and he wouldn't present it. He finally called Jacob to obtain it and Jacob gave me a print out of all the items included in the vehicle. We again asked for a breakdown and it could not be presented. I asked for a few minutes a few times to review items and the second time I asked for a few minutes, Adrian left us to work on a deal with another customer leaving us there waiting for 20 - 25 minutes. Finally my roommate got up and saw Adrian in the office next door assisting a client on closing a sale. That was probably the 5th time that evening I almost just walked out. Finally we asked for someone else in Finance for assistance and THANK THE STARS that we got assigned to Danny Vera. He sat us in his office. When asked for the breakdown of pricing for the different payment options, he went right to his computer and pulled it right up for us. He went through the items that are factored into the cost . . . allowed me to choose and customize what was important . . . and was able to explain EVERYTHING that we had asked. Wow! With all this being said . . . it was a very disappointing and frustrating first experience with Claremont Toyota. Bottom line . . . you got the sale still . . . but ONLY because of Danny Vera. Otherwise, treating customers by giving them the run around and having them wait for over an hour without friendly updates, will surely have most of your customers just walk out from frustration. My recent purchase at Claremont Toyota was a great experience. I had been in the market for a car for some time. I had recently acquired a service dog and making him go in and out of a 1989 pickup was experience. I had been in the market for a car for some time. I had recently acquired a service dog and making him go in and out of a 1989 pickup was not ideal for him. I decided to go with a hybrid vehicle with plug in capabilities. I specifically wanted a RAV4 Prime, red in color with the XSE trim, and I wouldn’t settle for anything else despite the wait time. Ernesto at Claremont Toyota went to work and called me the second a RAV4 Prime arrived at the dealer, and by chance it was the exact vehicle I wanted. Pablo took over and handled the test drive and paperwork and made sure I got the best price for a vehicle in very high demand, he really took care of me. Ricky at finance was a joy to work with on the lease agreement and my wife and I were driving the vehicle in less than a hour. I have always purchased vehicles at CarMax because I don’t like the hassle of dealers, but after going through my experience at Claremont Toyota. I can guarantee like the “Terminator”, I’ll be back. More
