A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

The service department went above our expectations! We needed a diagnostic on our Highlander and took it to John Elway in Ontario since we purchase our vehicles there. We received poor service at checkin and were told we had to add a high mileage inspection if we wanted the diagnostic done but they never mentioned anything about that when booking the appointment in the first place. After working with the manager there we left very disappointed. We called Claremont Toyota and spoke to Candace. She was amazing! She explained the details over the phone and then again when checking in our vehicle- NO hidden or extra fees for what we didn’t need- just the diagnostic. Abraham, a service technician was quick to answer and explain the details of our concerns about what could be the issue with our Highlander. Overall, their team was understanding, genuine and persistence with taking care of our needs. More

Jacob Calderon made the whole purchasing experience so enjoyable! Yes you read that right ENJOYABLE!!! He was fun to talk to, he was knowledgeable about every car we wanted to look at and when we decided enjoyable! Yes you read that right ENJOYABLE!!! He was fun to talk to, he was knowledgeable about every car we wanted to look at and when we decided on what to purchase he was fair with pricing, and got us exactly what we were looking for at the price we were looking for! So! A week later we decided to purchase another new car and he provided the same awesome service! Our cars were not in stock because of the whole "COVID ruining everything" thing and Jacob sent us updates on our cars periodically until they arrived. Now! My most favorite part of everything is when my car got here.. His wonderfulness didn't stop at the purchase like every other time! This was my 9th car over my life time and this was the first time someone showed me how to use the features in the car AND helped me set up the features that can be used from my phone! I will definitely go back to Jacob when we get my son's car next year! More
