A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

Horrible costumer service, I've honestly told all my friends looking for a Toyota to AVOID these dealership. I went in to cancel my car reservation and they had me waiting 2 hours and a half to tell me friends looking for a Toyota to AVOID these dealership. I went in to cancel my car reservation and they had me waiting 2 hours and a half to tell me they couldn't help me. They stated I would get my money back though the mail, however, it's been 3 months and I have not gotten anything back. Seems like a SCAM. Definitely giving it a 1 start on Google. Garret seems to have been helping but nobody else seemed to care. More

In for a oil change which was finished as it is supposed to be. However they did not find out the driver side low beam was out. Purchased a new car on 2/19. I realize they were very busy but when I got home and reviewed the paperwork we were given with the car I found a checklist that is supposed to be u I realize they were very busy but when I got home and reviewed the paperwork we were given with the car I found a checklist that is supposed to be used to brief the new owner on the features of the car etc. That was never done. I never mind waiting there at the service lobby for my truck. It is always clean and they always have refreshments for us if we need anything. The staff are always super helpful and nice. Only one thing I wish they did....give my truck a little wash before they delivered it to me after the service. Not a huge deal but my truck could have used a little wash. More
