A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

I was not happy with the service this time around. I arrived at 1:50PM. Did my car sit in a holding lot for 3 hours before it was even looked at? Around 4:10PM, I looked over at the auto holding lot, a arrived at 1:50PM. Did my car sit in a holding lot for 3 hours before it was even looked at? Around 4:10PM, I looked over at the auto holding lot, and noticed my auto (it could of been in the lot for a longer period of time). After 50mins. went by (and my car still sitting there), I texted my service writer and asked the ETA for completion. Several mins. later I saw my car leave the lot and was texted back that my auto would be ready in 15mins. Why was my auto sitting for over 50mins??? and me waiting for completion? More
