Please note - I NEVER asked for favours or discounts. I have NEVER been so humiliated and insulted as I felt by your company. I feel insulted to be told that you did not charge me for checking my bac I have NEVER been so humiliated and insulted as I felt by your company. I feel insulted to be told that you did not charge me for checking my back wheel that sometimes scratches, or, when I have an insurance claim and you defaulted by not ordering the full package- then to be told that you “wanted to save me money!!”. Then you order the missing part, keep the car for more than 2 hours and only when I return you tell me that you ordered the wrong color - white instead of black. I have to come back another day. Then, after the second 2 hours wasted. I am told that I can not have my broken part back because you paid for it???? Your negligence and I’m being insulted. Only when I threaten to report the matter to David Williams ie Head Office was I told the next day that I can come and collect it? No! You can Uber package it to my address (you have an Uber account - why must I AGAIN take the time to come to you because of your mistakes?) I am sad to say that you leave me no choice but to take my business somewhere else. Very inconvenient for me as I need to service my car every 5 weeks because I drive for Uber. More

Great customer service, your feel valued when you talk to there staff. But not so happy with the mechanics reviewing the car was told I need items that had already been done.
