Consummating the deal for a 2024 Prius Prime went fairly smoothly. And I believe I got a pretty good deal as well! Everybody involved was courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. I'm a long time customer, I've bought more than 5 cars there. In Claremont. last service was very disappointing, very cold and impersonal, I became a number once I drove in. Rushing me out of way to get to another customer, New management sucks, so to just save a couple of pennies, your push along your customers. Like cows, We no longer can talk to anyone with concerns or questions. I didn't even sit down to talk to rep, that was my favorite part. Now no one talks nor helps in anyway. Not to mention the cashier area, very cold small office that just collects money. New manager needs to soften up service and make a pleasure, not a mass production of money. All employees are rushing like if they don't, they'll get in trouble. Horrible experience. Employee's don't look happy and it spills over to customers, I didn't get a sticker tag on my window, a reminder of my next service date. I miss all the friendly smiles from the employees, They looked stressed and very unfriendly, this applies to all the people I came across, One of the service managers, said to me that they would call me when car was done, and If I didn't get a call, just come before they close,,, What, What kind of service is that???? Again,, very unhappy with my experience. I'll be going to another Toyota that takes into consideration of their employees well-being, not to mention long time customers. More
I have taken both by personal and company fleet vehicle here for service. The service itself is fine. My concern is with the poor communication. No matter which 'Service Advisor' I see, I do not receive ti here for service. The service itself is fine. My concern is with the poor communication. No matter which 'Service Advisor' I see, I do not receive timely updated calls/texts on status of vehicle. This occurs even after I specifically ask that I be notified. When I call to check status the Service Advisor will most often say they were just about to call me. This is too coincidental that it continuously occurs. I cannot recall the specific Service Advisor because it is a different person each time. :( More
