Our sales person Doug was VERY GOOD, 5 stars. But the preparation provided by sales management was poor. To be clear, from the dealer website 18 hours before, we gave our name and phone number, But the preparation provided by sales management was poor. And you called us IMMEDIATELY to confirm the cars and appointment. But when we arrived NOBODY had any idea what car we wanted to see, and had No Preparation to show us those cars,. This shows you don't care about your customers or wasting their time. Not only did nobody know or prepare to show us the cars we wanted to see, NOBODY knew where to find the keys or the cars! It was really a ridiculous xxxx-show. That was really disappointing. They had no idea where the cars were or where the keys were. It seemed very rushed, I’m not even certain if my tires were rotated or not. Floor mat was dirty, not like when I arrived.
